Furthermore TiQuest S.à r.l-S makes a commitment to constantly improving it’s security measures according to technological evolution.
5a.) Notification in case of a personal data breach
In case of personal data breach, TiQuest S.à r.l-S notifies the relevant supervisory authority in accordance with Article 55 of the GDPR, as soon as possible and, if possible, not later than 72 hours after noticing, unless the violation in question is not likely to create a risk for the rights and freedoms of individuals. When the notification to the supervisory authority does not take place within 72 hours, it shall be accompanied by reasons for the delay.
